The La Casa Community Calendar
To make it easier for residents to identify where each event is going to take place, a prefix before the event listing shows the location.

NOTE: The forms below are NOT used to send us notices of upcoming events, club news, and so forth. All web content should be sent by email to hoalacasa@gmail.com. Then it will be placed on the website. Look below the calendar for some tips on how to view events.

Different Ways to View the Calendar
On the top right corner of the calendar are tabs labeled Week, Month and Agenda.
If you click on Week, a timeline shows up with all events showing their time and duration, and includes the color coding described below.
Agenda view shows a list of events in the order they will occur on any given day.
Here is another tip:
Next to the Agenda button on the upper right corner of the calendar is a small button that looks like an arrow head pointing down. Click on this, and a selection menu appears. For example, if you only want to look at upcoming events in the AC Activity Center, uncheck all the other boxes, and the calendar will only show events for that location. This might be useful, as an example, for an event planner trying to determine in advance if a particular building or location is being used.
Get that mouse busy and take a look at the various calendar views. It will help keep you informed of upcoming La Casa events.
Color Coding to Show Event Location
Each event location has a specific color code that allows readers to quickly determine where an activity will happen. They will appear for all calendar entries, but are most visible using the Week view.
