Director’s Report 

August 2020

It is time for our snow bird’s to start returning to La Casa in the next few weeks, Welcome Back and we look forward to your safe return.

Be sure on your return to stop at the office and check in, so management knows you are back. This is very important!!!

As of this writing, La Casa facilities are open with spacing, and masks are “required” of everyone using any of our common facilities. Thanks for your cooperation. If adhered to, we hope we won’t have to shut down again.

A lot has been accomplished in La Casa this summer. Roads sealed, a couple repaired. Two lakes have been done with redoing the banks and laying sod. Beautiful Job by the contractor. Our park is looking great and will continue to be one of the best in the area.

Several homes have been sold and we are hoping to soon be able to have our gatherings at the Rec Hall so we can all get better acquainted with our new residence.  

Again safe travels back to La Casa and enjoy the rest of the summer.
