On Friday, March 20th, at 2:00 p.m. in the Rec Hall, the HOA Board will be hosting an informational meeting for all Shareholders. This will also be broadcast live on ZOOM at the regular HOA Board Meeting link.

In 2025, the Association retained a professional engineering firm to conduct a comprehensive community-wide stormwater management analysis for La Casa. This evaluation was undertaken to assess the overall performance and capacity of our existing system, identify areas of concern, and determine what improvements may be necessary to protect our community now and in the future.

The findings of this assessment are critically important. The current condition of our stormwater infrastructure, along with recommended repairs, upgrades and potential system expansion, directly impacts our ability to mitigate flooding risks and responsibly support future community improvements. The decisions made as a result of this study will play a significant role in safeguarding property, maintaining infrastructure integrity, and preserving the long-term value of our community.
