Due to some misconceptions with placing “No Mow” signs on our resident’s lots, our Park Manager has met with the Lawn Service Manager and worked out the following guidelines to ensure everyone is on the same page.

  • “NO MOW” flags or signs placed anywhere on your lot means none of the yard will be mowed. The lawn service will not conduct “custom cuts.”
  • The lawn service mows all yards at the same height. Again, they do not conduct “custom cuts.”
  • If you feel your yard is too wet to mow, or if you do not want the lawn service to mow your yard that week, please place a “No Mow” sign on your yard – that is what they are for, and are available in the front office.
  • Using a “No Mow” flag or sign anywhere on your yard, means no mow, no edging, no blowing, and no week whacking.
  • Remember – the lawn service will not perform custom cuts.
  • Thank you for your cooperation.
