La Casa Residents,
If you are interested in helping to keep La Casa a beautiful place for all to live, please consider running for one of the three (3) La Casa HOA Board positions. Forms are available in the front office, online at lacasroc.com, and will be included in your First Notice of Annual Meeting packet, which will be going out shortly. Board candidates must returned the forms no later than December 30th, 2021.

The new year is rushing upon us and it’s a reminder that we need to start searching for 3 new HOA Board Members to serve three year terms starting in 2021 at our annual Shareholders Meeting on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. The three outgoing HOA Board Members are Nancy Thurnherr, Terry Holovachuk and Paul Stevens. These people have played a strategic role improving La Casa and it will be imperative to find shareholders who are willing to fill their vacancies.
