Call to Order –  President Burlison called the meeting to order at 2 pm with 178 residents in attendance and opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.  A moment of silence was observed in memory of those who lost their lives and limbs in the bombing in Boston.
Roll Call  –  Present were directors R. Ballard, B. Bicknell, R. Burlsion, J. Danner,
