AUGUST 2014 LCRE NEWS
by Marilyn Kulibert, President.
There are many kinds of rules in La Casa. While some people may find rules bothersome, they are really in place for our benefit and it is one of the things that make La Casa a great park in which to live.
We have rules that improve the over-all appearance of our park, like telling us how close our homes can be from the street and from each other, and that tell us which colors are allowed when painting our homes.
We have rules for our own safety, such as walking on the proper side of the road, stop signs at intersections, walking dogs on leashes and driving at the speed limit.
We have rules controlling access to the park by visitors, sales people, and workmen. We don’t get bothered by door-to-door salespersons, and our residents feel safe in their homes.
While we may grumble and complain at times about rules and regulations, they are there for a reason, and they do contribute to our great La Casa lifestyle. Buyers have commented that they are looking for a well managed park, and one that includes rules and regulations.
