Renters must renew their Website access annually.
Access to the La Casa Website (lacasaROC.com) is limited to La Casa homeowners and residents, and employees/staff of La Casa. Renters qualify for Website access as residents. The Website Committee limits first time renters to assess for the period of their rental and repeat renters to a full year of access, but implementation of this limitation required manual tracking and has been ineffective.
The Website software has been upgraded so that access expiration dates can be set individually and automatically tracked for renters. Expiration dates for all existing renters has been set to December 31, 2021. An e-mail will be sent to any user whose access is expiring three weeks before the expiration date providing direction for requesting an extension of Website access. A sample expiration notice e-mail is provided below.
All other Website users (homeowners and residents, and employees/staff) will continue to have indefinite access until their residence is sold or they are no longer employed by La Casa.

If you are currently renting a house in La Casa or have signed an agreement to rent a house in La Casa, please email the La Casa Webmaster at hoalacasa@gmail.com with the following information to renew your membership for another year.

- Owner’s Name
- Owner’s Contact Information (phone number, mail and/or email addresses)
If you do not have a signed rental agreement at this time, you may email the Webmaster with the above information whenever you sign an agreement.
