The new LaCasa community website, LaCasaROC.com, has been opened and needs help with data development & input. The new website will be continually updated with new sections for as long as we can receive information & recommendations.
PURPOSE of the website update is to:
Provide LaCasa residents & interested non-residents with information about past, current & future activities of our community & provide interactive communication as technology permits.
Be one line of official legal notices to residents. Non email users will continue to be notified by US Mail & channel 195 as currently exists.
Generate cost reductions for postage, printing, paper & staffing.
Be a more interactive communication media to attract future residents who are more used to current electronic technology.
Utilize future technology improvements to offer unknown communication opportunities as we continue to research & implement them.
Be an interactive companion with LCRE website.
Allow certain subject topics to be available to residents only, by password access, & others to the public, all as listed below.
Allow resident feedback on certain subject matters including using board authorized surveys feedback and results provided electronically.
Provide important immediate notices to residents for weather, outages, reminders of upcoming events, etc.
