Milling and Asphalt Work
The asphalting of roads scheduled for 2019 has been completed.
Office Roof Replacement
The replacement of the Office roof has been approved and we are waiting for the start of the work.
Lake Del Hacienda
The renovation of Lake Del Hacienda has begun with electrical upgrades for more power for Christmas. The landscaping and irrigation portions of the project are anticipated to be complete by the first of July, including the professional installation of a new lake fountain with lights.
Memorial Gazebo Landscaping
The Memorial Gazebo re-landscaping project is scheduled to be completed by mid-July.
Summer Mowing
The weekly summer mowing schedule has commenced and will continue through September.
La Casa Canines
Within the revised and amended Rules and Regulations that were approved on April 3rd of this year is the requirement that All dogs residing in La Casa must be registered in the Office with documentation of license and vaccinations according to Sarasota County Law annually by March 1st. Registration forms are available from the office during regular business hours or on the www.lacasaroc.com website (under the tab “Forms”). Completed forms, along with the required documentation, should be hand-delivered or mailed to the office, faxed to 941-426-9484, or scanned and emailed to sandy.lacasaswfl@gmail.com no later than March 1, 2020.
La Casa Resident Directory
The 2019 edition of the La Casa Resident Directory is now available in the front office during regular business hours. Quantities are limited to one directory per La Casa resident address.
Happy Fourth of July!
The La Casa office will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2019 and will reopen Friday, July 5 at 8:00 am.
Waste Management services will be delayed one day, with pick-up taking place Saturday, July 6th.
