If you plan to:

- Paint the outside of your home, either with a new color OR the same color
- Install new siding
- Redo landscaping
- Enclose your carport
- Enlarge the shed
- Add any additions to the home
- Add shutters
- Paint the driveway
- Add a concrete driveway extension
You need to fill out a Home Alteration Form and have it approved by the Park Manager.
The office has color charts showing approved park exterior home colors. We will work with you to have a color you prefer approved, and there is no cost to have the form submitted or approved. If you choose to make changes that are later found not approved, you may incur costs to undo and correct the non-approved changes.
