Paul Strong called the meeting to order at 9:30 am. Present were Paul Strong, Joe Holovachuk, Martha Morgan, Gail Fryer and Colette Welch (Liaison). Frank Hanus was absent.
Motion: Approve the February 1, 2021 minutes as distributed. (Fryer/Holovachuk). Passed

Membership (Joe Holovachuk)
Joe reported that there are currently 838 subscribers (residents) using the ROC website.
HOA-BOD Liaison is Colette Welch. She was welcomed to the committee.
LCRE BOD meeting: Paul continues to attend the monthly meetings and to assess the level of assistance needed by that board. He is looking at software as to a need for newer version as an update. He is also taking programming classes. He intends to give LCRE a 6 month projection.
Old Business
Defining Restricted vs. non-restricted access. Resident only content is restricted and can contain names, phone numbers, addresses and other resident information. Dates and times of activities can now be included. Public content may include pictures and videos, lists of clubs, urgent health /safety information and information publicly available.
Status of websites: E-mail notification for Google Forms subscription was renewed ($39). (Mail handler). Linda Kraut handles all money matters for the committee.
Website committee openings: There are two three-year terms available.
Motion: Forward Gail Fryer’s application to the HOA. (Joe Holovachuk/Martha Morgan). Passed unanimously.
The committee still needs another member.
New Business
Annual Meeting feedback:
Other than lacking a quorum, it was OK. Sixty-nine shareholders watched the meeting on Zoom. Do members of this committee have suggestions for posts or pages?
Open Forum
Martha Morgan is now president of the Activity Association and will continue to be scheduler. However, Lori Dickson will be scheduler when Martha cannot.
The next meeting of this committee will be Monday, April 5, 2021 in the FOBR. Election of Officers will take place!!!
