Paul Strong called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. Present were Paul Strong, Gail Fryer, Martha Morgan, Tim Davis (Liaison), and Frank Hanus. Joe Holovachuk was absent.
Motion: Approve the minutes of November 2, 2020. (Fryer/Morgan). Passed.

LCRE
Paul has been attending LCRE board meetings. 20 homes for sale at present. There should be a $90,000 bonus paid to the HOA this year. The money goes into the Capital Acquisition Account (restricted funds to be used for new projects such as lake fountains). Paul is working with LCRE to help make their website a tad friendlier.
Membership report: Joe Holovachuk to send.
Liaison: Tim Davis had no report.
OLD BUSINESS
Resident Only Website Information: public vs. private? Leave as draft.
GoDaddy charges us $700 per year for business email account. Expires in 2021; do not renew the bulk mailing service.
NEW BUSINESS
- Committee assignment updates
Tim and Joe are administrators of the HOA Facebook; Frank will be updating clubs pages; Joe will be trained to do the events and notices pages
- Potential Posts: ask clubs to update their pages; 1/3 of committee’s terms expire in March 2021
- Remove former residents from HOA Facebook
- Renters: Issue with access to Website and Facebook during season and being erased at end of season. Discussion.
Motion: If a seasonal renter returns, his/her Facebook and Website accounts may be reactivated for at least 13 months (Hanus/Morgan). Passed.
