1. Gated community. None of the other parks along 41 have 24 hour security and this is very important to many people, especially singles.2. Our spacious layout of homes and streets plus our lakes. There is a reasonable set back from our winding streets and you don’t feel like you are on top of the house next door like it is in some parks.
3. Our low maintenance fee of $140 a month, compared to some other parks.
4. The fact that there is no debt. A lot of people have heard horror stories about special assessments and are relieved to hear we owe no one.
5. Activities. If you ever have rented outside the park or lived in other areas you appreciate the variety of activities that are here. Buyers are amazed at the number and variety we have to choose from.
Our residents have a great deal of “pride of ownership” and that is apparent to people who are looking us over. Our residents deserve a big thank you for keeping their homes and yards attractive.
