Welcome New Residents, February 2021

Joel and Laura Renauer, 219 LaRosa 419-376-2397, are from Toledo, Ohio.  For the last 2 years they wintered in Ft. Myers. After 41 years, Joel retired from Chrysler and Laura held several miscellaneous jobs.  Joel likes to golf and play shuffleboard.  They both enjoy pickleball.  Actually, they enjoy just keeping active. They are using this down time due to Covid to renovate their new home so they will be ready to go when all activities open!

Paul Vanderheiden, 523 San Clemente, 860-478-8322 is from the Hartford, Ct. area where he was employed as a policeman for 25 years.  He then transferred to U.S. Marshall special deputy out of Hartford.  Since 2008, Paul owned a home in Venice Isles.  His friends, the Dumonts, and Fitzsimons, convinced him to move to La Casa.  He is enjoying his time here and has started playing horseshoes.
