Dear Shareholders:

We now have collected enough proxies to reconvene our Annual Shareholders Meeting that was scheduled for February 9, 2021.  Thank you to everyone for getting the required number of proxies sign so we can conduct the meeting as required by Florida Statute.

The Annual Meeting will be held Friday, April 23, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the Rec Hall and via online ZOOM. The Agenda is very brief.  At this meeting we will be discussing a change to our Rules and Regulations that affects new home placements and removals.  This entire new Section VIII will replace the current Section VIII which is in your phone book. All other rules and regulations in place will remain the same.

Jack Pasquale will also be addressing the advantages of electronic voting through Becker Balloting.  Those who participated in electronic voting were not required to submit a separate proxy form, and we hope to encourage our residents to do this in the future. That way we won’t have the same problems gathering enough paper proxies to conduct our annual meeting.
